Garlic Shrimps (aka Kahuko Shrimps)
This is one of my favorite recipes for shrimps that I fell in love with since we went to Hawaii for vacation some couple of years ago. It was served on a food truck we passed by when driving around at around lunch time. The fresh whole shrimp is best for me to obtain the savory of a fresh shrimp. Though, at home in Kansas, I usually use the clean headless and de-veined shrimps commonly available on grocery stores.
