Brioche Roll and Bread
It may be intimidating to know that it takes patience to make this bread but it is actually quite simple. The actual work time is only about 20 minutes and at least 10 hours of waiting time.
Ingredients
- 500 grams King Arthur flour
- 80 grams Sugar
- 2 tsp Salt
- 5 tsp Yeast
- 5 large Eggs
