Air-fried Banana Roll

If you are trying to avoid the oil in deep fried food, this is a good alternative. It turned out crispy as delicious as the traditional popular banana snack.

  • Air frier

Ingredients
  

  • 4 pcs Banana (Use bread bananas)
  • 8 tbsp Brown sugar
  • 8 pcs Lumpia Wrapper
  • 2 tbsp Coconut oil

Instructions
 

  • Divide each banana into 4 pieces. I use half banana per turon.
  • Wrap 2 pieces of cut bananas sprinkled with brown sugar in a lumpia wrapper. This recipe makes 8 pieces of turon.
  • Brush the wrapped bananas with coconut oil.
  • Air-fry for 15 minutes at 400F.
