Method
- Blend flour, paprika and pepper (as desired) on a shallow bowl for dipping. Drench the shrimps with the mixture. Set aside.

- Melt the butter in a pan and add garlic. Fry until it turns brown. Turn off heat and transfer the garlic to set aside. Turn on the heat and add more butter.

- Brown each shrimps. Drizzle some salt and splash some wine.
- Add more butter and saute until shrimp is cook.
