Preheat oven to 450o F. Spray popover pan generously with butter or canola oil.
Add all ingredient in a blender and blend until smooth. Scrape the sides and blend again to make sure all ingredients are mixed evenly. Set aside at room temperature for about an hour.
Meanwhile, place the pan in a cookie sheet and put it in the oven for about 10 minutes to warm. Pour the batter into the pan to almost full.
Bake at 450o F for 15 minutes and reduce the oven temperature to 375o F and continue baking for another 15 minutes or until the pop-over is golden brown.
Remove and serve immediately with butter and your favorite jam or caramel sauce.
