Barbeque Wings

Fall of the bone wings smothered on a barbeque sauce

Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs frozen chicken wings
  • Salt and Pepper
  • Garlic powder
  • Barbeque sauce

Instructions
 

  • Put the frozen wings in a steamer pan. Sprinkle with garlic powder, salt and pepper.
  • Add 2 cups of water in the IP pan. Pressure cook for 15 minutes. QR when done.
  • Remove from pan and smother with your favorite barbeque sauce. Arrange in a baking pan and broil for 20 minutes. Alternately, I also tried to use air frier to attain the crispiness.
  • Add more barbeque sauce as desired and serve. Enjoy.

Notes

Instead of barbeque sauce, you can also use buffallo sauce on wings by mixing together 1:1 measurement of butter and hot sauce.
