Barbeque Wings

Fall of the bone wings smothered on a barbeque sauce

Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs frozen chicken wings
  • Salt and Pepper
  • Garlic powder
  • Barbeque sauce

Method
 

  1. Put the frozen wings in a steamer pan. Sprinkle with garlic powder, salt and pepper.
  2. Add 2 cups of water in the IP pan. Pressure cook for 15 minutes. QR when done.
  3. Remove from pan and smother with your favorite barbeque sauce. Arrange in a baking pan and broil for 20 minutes. Alternately, I also tried to use air frier to attain the crispiness.
  4. Add more barbeque sauce as desired and serve. Enjoy.

Notes

Instead of barbeque sauce, you can also use buffallo sauce on wings by mixing together 1:1 measurement of butter and hot sauce.
