Beef Satay

This is a great twist that you can make with a good cut of beef, preferably the soft and tender cuts. It can be prepared in advance for a longer time to marinade and more tasteful meat, but soaking it for few minutes will also do it fine. Marinade is peanut sauce base with other Asian spices.

Method
- Mix together marinade ingredients and beef cubes for at least 3 hours or overnight.
- Thread the marinated beef cubes in a skewer, two to three pieces at a time.
- Grill to cook or sear in a heavy pan for 15 minutes. Let the meat rest for 5 minutes.
- Meanwhile, make the satay sauce by mixing all the ingredients in a sauce pan. Cook for 5 minutes while stirring occasionally. Adjust the taste as desired.
- Serve the grilled meat with the peanut sauce. Enjoy.
