Skinless Longanisa

Ingredients
  

Longanisa Mix
  • 1 lb Ground pork
  • 3 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • 1/4 cup minced garlic
  • 2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp pepper
For cooking
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 tbsp oil

Method
 

  1. Blend well all ingredients in longanisa mix. Set aside for at least an hour.
  2. Using a parchment paper, roll the mix into a half inch by 12 in log. Divide into three.
  3. Freeze for at least one hour
Options for cook
  1. Fist, you can use an air frier. Set fryer on 15 minutes at 400 degrees.
Second option, on a sauce pan add water and oil and arrange the longanisa on one layer. Carefully roll each from time to time until golden brown.
