Skinless Longanisa

Ingredients
  

Longanisa Mix

  • 1 lb Ground pork
  • 3 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • 1/4 cup minced garlic
  • 2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp pepper

For cooking

  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 tbsp oil

Instructions
 

  • Blend well all ingredients in longanisa mix. Set aside for at least an hour.
  • Using a parchment paper, roll the mix into a half inch by 12 in log. Divide into three.
  • Freeze for at least one hour

Options for cook

  • Fist, you can use an air frier. Set fryer on 15 minutes at 400 degrees.

Second option, on a sauce pan add water and oil and arrange the longanisa on one layer. Carefully roll each from time to time until golden brown.
