Skinless Longanisa
Ingredients
Longanisa Mix
- 1 lb Ground pork
- 3 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1/4 cup minced garlic
- 2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp pepper
For cooking
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 tbsp oil
Instructions
- Blend well all ingredients in longanisa mix. Set aside for at least an hour.
- Using a parchment paper, roll the mix into a half inch by 12 in log. Divide into three.
- Freeze for at least one hour
Options for cook
- Fist, you can use an air frier. Set fryer on 15 minutes at 400 degrees.
