Method
- Mix thoroughly all marinade ingredients on a bowl and set aside.
- Crushed garlic together with salt and pepper. Rub thoroughly on the roast and set aside.
- Using IP set on SAUTE, heat oil and brown each the sides of the roast. When done press CANCEL.
- Add the marinade. Set the IP to PRESSURE COOK for 60 minutes. Do NPR.
- Serve with the sauce. Enjoy with steamed rice.
