Method
- Heat olive oil in a pan. Add garlic, onion and ginger together and let it cooked until mushy. Add tomatoes and green peppers.
- Add paprika, turmeric and pepper and let it cook for few in the oil to extract the flavors.
- Add rice and mix thoroughly. Cook for few minutes. Add salt and pepper.
- Add the broth, mix thoroughly to distribute the flavors evenly. Cook in low heat for 10 minutes. Do not stir.
- Add butter and cilatro and mix well. Serve with Peri peri chicken.
